Last updated: August 24, 2026. America's Reinvention Expert (“we,” “us”) respects the privacy of people who visit americasreinventionexpert.com and who request life, career, or business-development coaching. This Privacy Policy explains what we intend to collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for a United States audience.
The public website is a static, client-side experience. Forms validate in your browser and display a confirmation message. They do not, by themselves, send your information to our servers. If you choose to email us at hello@americasreinventionexpert.com, or if a future hosted version of this site is connected to an email or form service, the practices below describe how we handle personal information we actually receive.
We do not publish a telephone number or street address. We prefer not to collect more contact channels than we need.
When you email us or complete a connected form, we may receive:
Please do not send social security numbers, bank passwords, medical records, or information about other people without their permission. Coaching works best with honest context; it does not require you to over-share on a first email.
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, match you with a coach, schedule conversations, send workshop details you requested, and deliver a newsletter you subscribed to. We may use aggregated, de-identified insights to improve our teaching, never to identify you in public without permission.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent email lists. We do not use inquiry content as public testimonials unless you give separate written permission.
Coaching conversations are treated as confidential within the practice, subject to limits required by law (for example, where we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm, or where a valid legal process requires disclosure). Group workshops are not fully private: other participants will hear what you choose to share in the room. We ask every participant to respect that trust. We cannot control what another participant later repeats.
Coaches may keep session notes to support continuity. Those notes are used for your engagement, not for marketing.
A static site may still be served by a host that logs technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and uptime. If we later add analytics, we will update this policy. You can control cookies in your browser. Essential hosting logs are not something we use to profile your private life.
Fonts and icon libraries may be loaded from third-party content networks (for example, Google Fonts or a CDN). Those providers may receive your IP address as part of delivering the file.
If you subscribe, we will send occasional notes on self-improvement, career change, and business development. You can unsubscribe at any time through the Unsubscribe page or by emailing us with the word “unsubscribe.” We will stop promotional mail. We may still email you about an active coaching engagement or a workshop you already booked.
We share information only with:
We do not share your story with advertisers. Social sharing buttons on the site are optional; if you click them, the social network’s policy applies.
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for continuity and record-keeping. Session notes for a paid engagement are retained for the length of the work and a limited archive period unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete information we control, subject to legal holds and the need to complete an existing contract.
We use reasonable administrative and technical care for email and notes. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. You can reduce risk by using a private device and by not sending sensitive identifiers through website forms.
This site and our coaching services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not coach minors through this website.
Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to appeal a denial. Because we do not sell personal information, “do not sell” requests are generally not applicable. To exercise a request, email hello@americasreinventionexpert.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to locate your information. We will not require a phone number or postal address to start that process.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including, where applicable, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others as they come into force) may have additional rights regarding sensitive data and profiling. We do not use website forms for automated profiling that produces legal effects.
Our practice is designed for the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. Do not use the site if you do not want that transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our tools or legal duties change. The date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the new policy.
Privacy questions: hello@americasreinventionexpert.com. We will not list a contact number or street address on this page.
